Andre Currie brings a distinguished career in leadership within the hospitality industry, spanning casual and fine dining restaurants to premium cigar retail. His true passion lies in humbly serving both guests and team members while cultivating exceptional experiences.

Committed to continually refining his expertise of the palate, Andre has pursued advanced education in culinary arts, wine, beer, spirits, and tobacco. He is a Certified Retail Tobacconist, Certified Cigar Sommelier, Certified Beer Cicerone, and a trained chef.

In his ongoing pursuit of excellence, Andre dedicates himself to coaching and developing his staff, striving to build one of the highest-performing teams in the industry.

Outside of work, Andre enjoys reading, exercising, mountain biking, playing poker, camping, smoking cigars, and exploring the culinary arts. Above all, he is a devoted husband to his incredible wife and a proud father to his amazing daughter.

Leti, our Assistant Manager, is a former volleyball and bowling athlete and proud mom to two incredible daughters. Well known within the cigar industry, she is continually expanding her tobacco knowledge to better serve our guests. With a natural gift for hospitality, Leti’s gracious and welcoming presence leaves a lasting impression.

Outside of the lounge, Leti works as a Farm Underwriter, evaluating farms and ranches to determine appropriate insurance coverage and pricing. She is also currently pursuing her Real Estate license. In her spare time, she enjoys bowling and spending quality time with her daughters at the park and zoo.

Hailey, daughter of owners Erik and Steph, has been part of The Library team since day one. With a deep passion for craft coffee, she leads our barista program—developing our artisan coffee menu and training the team in specialty coffee techniques.

She is continually expanding her knowledge in bartending and premium cigars and is well loved by guests, many of whom specifically request her at the bar, coffee bar, or humidor. Hailey also works part-time at a large church café and as a dog watcher. In her spare time, she enjoys editing photos and videos and reading.

With an extensive background in the restaurant industry, including many years in management, Edgar has truly mastered the art of exceptional guest service. His experience is complemented by certifications and degrees in IT, Communication, and Networking—bringing both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to our team.

Although new to the cigar industry, Edgar has enthusiastically embraced the world of premium tobacco with a genuine passion and eagerness to learn. Having previously worked alongside Andre in operating a successful gourmet restaurant, Edgar plays a vital role in carrying out The Library’s vision of delivering an unparalleled experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

Outside of work, Edgar enjoys watching movies and building LEGO sets—one of his favorite hobbies. He is engaged to his wonderful fiancée, Paola, and is a proud cat dad to four rescued cats.

Kendall brings extensive hospitality and bartending experience to The Library. She is actively expanding her education in both the cigar and coffee industries. Prior to joining the team, she worked in childcare and taught Pre-K for several years.

In her spare time, Kendall enjoys fishing and hunting. She and her boyfriend, CJ—together for over 14 years—are raising their son and building a beautiful life together. Be sure to say hello when you visit; she’s a wonderful conversationalist.

An Air Force veteran and lifelong South Texan, Tim has spent more than 36 years in medical sales and church ministry in San Antonio. Married to his wife Leslie for 31 years, he is the proud father of two sons, Logan and Zachary.

Tim leads Tuesday night Bible studies at The Library, fostering spiritual connection and brotherhood in a welcoming environment. A master woodworker, many of his handcrafted pieces can be seen throughout the lounge. When not serving on mission retreats, you’ll often find him enjoying a King Solomon or Stoic cigar with friends.

Doug recently retired after 38 years of federal service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Spanish and currently serves as a Special Education Teacher’s Assistant with the Northeast Independent School District.

Doug enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling, and, of course, smoking cigars. Fully committed to learning the cigar industry, his knowledge and dedication are valued by both guests and team members alike. He is a loving husband to his wife Michele and proud father of two adult sons.

Guy began his career as a top-secret aircraft mechanic for the United States government, earning dual FAA certifications in Airframe and Powerplant technology. He later transitioned into the financial, investment, advertising, and marketing industries, working with Y100, FOX TV, and the San Antonio Spurs.

For the past 27 years, Guy has successfully operated his own full-service advertising agency. In his free time, he enjoys boating, RVing, working out, and spending time with family. He has three adult children and five grandchildren and is in a loving relationship with his girlfriend, Audrey. Guy proudly stands firm in his Christian faith.

Joe grew up in Southern California and is the grandson of two Hollywood actors. He began his career as a Los Angeles County firefighter and later served as an Army Flight Medic. Today, he works as a Technical Support Manager at the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, where he has served for 28 years.

Joe is also the Owner and CEO of Old Bay Technology, LLC. He enjoys antiquing, gardening, and restoring vintage Volkswagens. Living in Maryland, Joe is happily in a relationship with Kim and is a proud father of four daughters and grandfather to four granddaughters.
